Guidance for WINNING your live or recorded entrance auditions. Remember, you never get a second chance to make a great first impression! Presenting a winning, dynamic, finessed, nuanced, authentically 'yours' online entrance audition. 

This will be a set of 3 online masterclasses, mentoring and coachings by legendary flutist, CAROL WINCENC, celebrating her 50th Golden Anniversary Season. Carol has been on faculties at Juilliard School for 33 years and Stony Brook University for 23 years.

Rosa Jang and Jessica Schury will give a short class on technique and warm-ups going into audition season.

Who is this class for?
  • Anyone auditioning for college or university, whether it be undergraduate or graduate.

Audition Requirements:
  • Video (preferably of prescreening) of 2 contrasts works and 1 orchestral excerpt
  • Recorded within the last 6 months
​Due to the pandemic, we understand that most flutists are recording unaccompanied, therefore accompaniment is not needed. If you are recording with accompaniment, you are more than welcome to submit those tapes. 

$75 tuition, due at the time of acceptance
